We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 5 or more years of experience and deep knowledge of insurance operations, workflows, and systems. This role owns the business analysis workstream across cross-functional initiatives, serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
The Senior BA translates business needs into clear requirements, drives solution design, and ensures deliverables align with organizational strategy.
