About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, junior engineer in the field of Systems Administration to join our IT team in Kyiv. The individual will be tasked with providing support for end-users, troubleshooting, solving, and preventing technical issues and working with the rest of our IT team to ensure all technical standards and ongoing compliance with best practices and regulations are met.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software incidents, both remotely and in person, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
