POSITION PURPOSE
Under general supervision of the Director, the Central Supply Tech supplies hospital departments with needed patient care items, (chargeable and non-chargeable) by taking accurate inventories on a daily basis on each respective unit. Also responsible for collection of, and routing of, daily patient charges from each unit to Central Supply Supervisor for processing. Will also pull supplies necessary for surgical cases on a daily basis.
As a service department, will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times.
