Lead Systems Engineer at The Boeing Company | LAYIQ

Proven experience applying systems thinking principles to complex engineering challenges
Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality systems engineering artifacts, including requirements, specifications, and interface documents
Advanced degree in a related discipline (e.g., Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science) preferred
Extensive experience in developing and refining system architectures aligned with stakeholder needs and program goals
Hands-on involvement in Internal Research and Development (IRAD) projects, showcasing innovation and technical leadership
Foundational knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Proficiency with Digital System Engineering (DSE) tools and environments to enhance model-based systems engineering workflows
