Overview:
The Lead Handyperson candidate will be an integral member of the SVEN service team who will oversee and delegate all work order request, maintenance repairs, and the pool of handyperson labor. This position will be a supervisory role reporting directly to the Property Manager. Responsibilities will also include maintenance support in the apartment community and being accountable for helping the company deliver on our resident commitments of exceptional move-in, residential satisfaction, express service, and personal attention.
