Summary:
The Agile Coach Manager is an experienced Agilist and leader responsible for working collaboratively with the broader Value Management Office (VMO) team and senior leadership to foster adoption and maturation of agile practices and principles while embedding agile values and mindsets.
The Agile Coach Manager is additionally responsible for building credibility with and becoming trusted advisors to the colleagues, teams, managers, and senior leadership they support while providing consultative mentorship, guidance, and training based upon an assessment of each entity’s needs. Colleagues in this role will also manage and guide other Agile Coaches within their organization.
