What you will be doing:
- Lead project validation efforts in the lab, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding results.
- Interact with multidisciplinary teams to monitor validation progress and successfully guide team members.
- Report progress and determine the best course of action to leadership on validation resourcing and equipment.
- Set up and manage debug meetings to strictly adhere to project timelines and objectives.
