NVIDIA is seeking an analytical, technology-minded Associate to help transform and scale processes supporting our global equity programs. This role, based onsite at NVIDIA's Santa Clara, California campus, is crafted for a graduate in Computer Science, AI, or related fields. We are looking for a candidate who is energized by building automation, working with data, and applying emerging AI tools to real business problems.
You will embed with the Stock Administration team and apply a technical perspective to the people, processes, and systems behind NVIDIA's RSU and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) programs. No prior equity or finance experience is required — you will learn the domain on the job. What matters is your ability to understand a process and identify inefficiency. This role presents a rare opportunity to apply deep technical skills while impacting business outcomes in a high-profile global function.

They deploy automation and AI to cut down manual work and expand capacity for NVIDIA's equity programs to support the company's remarkable growth.
What you'll be doing:
Build AI agents and automation workflows that reduce manual effort across data preparation, reconciliations, reporting, validations, employee communications, and workflow tracking.
Analyze Stock Administration workflows to surface manual effort, friction points, data-quality risks, and opportunities to standardize and scale.
Build, test, document, and implement improvements in execution that make recurring equity-plan activities more efficient, accurate, controlled, and employee-friendly.
Use Python, SQL, low-code tools, and AI-enabled technologies to turn repeatable manual tasks into balanced, scalable processes.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting that help the team monitor activity, measure improvements, and prioritize future enhancements.
Build clear process documentation, standard operating procedures, and control frameworks that enable consistent execution across the team.
Partner with Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting, Payroll, and HR to understand their data needs and improve the delivery, usability, and reliability of stock-plan information.
Support the team's readiness for major recurring equity events, including quarterly RSU vesting and two annual ESPP purchases, through better tools, controls, and scalable workflows.
Know the latest on emerging technologies in automated systems and artificial intelligence and recommend practical applications, including AI agents, LLMs, RPA, and scripting where they develop genuine business value.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience.
Genuine interest in applying technical skills to business operations: building tools, automating workflows, and improving how a team works.
Programming experience in Python or a similar language, with hands-on experience writing scripts to process, clean, transform, and validate data.
Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or agent frameworks, and curiosity about how they can be applied to real operational problems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to convert an unclear process into clear, repeatable steps.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivots, and reconciliation techniques.
Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with good judgment and integrity.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, workflow automation, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere (or other RPA tool), or SQL.
Prior exposure to equity compensation, stock administration, or financial operations.
Familiarity with the Charles Schwab EquiView platform.
Familiarity with UKG Pro and payroll processing.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 84,000 USD - 138,000 USD for Level 2, and 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
