This Role
As an associate in our Technology Transactions group, you will work on high-impact IP and tech-focused deals – including standalone technology transactions and the IP/tech aspects of M&A, Private Equity and ECVC transactions – while using cutting-edge AI agents to streamline the drafting, diligence and execution processes. You will collaborate closely with partners, clients and technology teams to help Norm reimagine and transform the way lawyers work and provide legal services to the world’s leading institutions.
What You’ll Do
- Document Drafting & Review: Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and revise technology and IP transaction documents.
- Due Diligence: Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing diligence memos focused on IP and tech diligence.
