The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 1000 stores in the US. The Normal Brand was started by brothers in their parents' basement because they wanted a better Normal shirt. Normal for us is something you can wear from the city to the country and everywhere in between. We create craft casual wear and accessories with understated - but significant - style for everyday people like us.

Our Flagship location in Downtown Nashville is looking to add a Full Time Key Holder to our growing team! If you are someone that loves making people's day better and selling clothes, let’s talk.

Responsibilities

• “Our goal is to make peoples’ day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!”
• Greet our guests with a smile, and a warm welcome.
• Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle and events.
• Led the team in sales through your example of suggestive selling
• Replenish sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
• Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Help with event planning and promotion of the store.
• Recruit candidates through the social account and in-store.
• Store opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Hard-working, a team player, and goal-oriented.
• A true people person—approachable and friendly.
• Independent, data-driven, competitive, and full of positive energy.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
• Takes strong ownership of tasks and store performance.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 32–40 hours a week (with increased hours during peak business)
