Sales Account Manager (Team Dell) at Intel | LAYIQ

Serve as sales and technical lead for multiple Dell PowerEdge and AI server programs based on Intel Xeon processors and AI accelerators, and collaborate with marketing team to drive complete end-to-end execution.
Partner closely with Intel and Dell engineering, product, marketing, and program teams worldwide to align on features, schedules, quality, and issue resolution, ensuring successful product execution.
Drive strategic design-win engagements for future Intel Xeon and AI accelerator products, influencing both Intel and Dell roadmaps through deep customer insight, competitive analysis, and early requirements gathering.
Act as the primary interface between Intel and Dell, rapidly resolving business and technical issues, managing escalations, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop trusted advisor relationships across the hierarchy at the customer to shape long-term technology strategy and business opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Application Engineers to develop and execute technical account strategies that drive revenue growth, technology adoption, and long-term customer success.
When required, develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, whitepapers, and training materials while enabling Intel and Dell sales teams on new technologies, solutions, and competitive positioning.
Represent Intel at customer meetings, executive briefings, industry conferences, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following: The candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure customers and Intel personnel can easily understand an opportunity and/or issue that arises and obtain required support and coordination to get to the desired result
The candidate must develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, and code of ethics.
Strong Sales and operations / programs experience.
Strong troubleshooting and project execution skills.
Excellent customer engagement skills.
Skills to influence across organizations and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
