Senior Manager, Executive Briefing at Nscale | LAYIQ

Strategic Experience Architecture: Design the end-to-end executive briefing journey. You will ensure that from the moment a CIO arrives, every presentation, data center tour, and conversation is meticulously mapped to their specific business pain points.
Executive Coaching & Prep: Rigorously prep Nscale's leadership team (CEO, CTO, SVP GTM) prior to briefings. You will provide them with detailed dossiers on the visiting executives and steer them away from standard pitches toward targeted, consultative conversations.
Deal Acceleration Alignment: Partner directly with the Deal Strategy and Sales teams to ensure the briefing serves as a strategic lever to unblock stalled deals or up-sell massive capacity expansions.
Content & Innovation Showcasing: Curate the physical and digital content showcased during briefings, ensuring our most cutting-edge liquid cooling tech and AI performance benchmarks are displayed flawlessly.
Post-Briefing ROI Tracking: Build the operational mechanics to track the revenue impact of the EBC program, proving how executive visits accelerate sales cycles and increase close rates.
You may be a good fit if you have: 7+ years of experience in strategic account programs, enterprise sales enablement, or running high-stakes executive briefing centers for top-tier tech or cloud companies.
World-class executive presence and robust EQ. You possess the gravitas to command a room of Fortune 50 executives and the tact to firmly coach your own C-suite on their presentation styles.
Deep enterprise sales acumen. You understand complex B2B sales cycles and know exactly how a highly tailored briefing can move a deal from "evaluating" to "closed-won."
A high-agency, flawless execution mindset. You anticipate problems before they happen and ensure a premium, white-glove experience without needing a massive support staff.
A keen eye for spatial design, multimedia presentation, and corporate hospitality.
The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
