Senior Property Manager (Multi-Site)

F&F Property Management is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Property Manager with demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple multifamily properties concurrently. This position oversees a portfolio of communities throughout San Diego County and requires someone who is skilled at balancing the operational, financial, and leadership demands of multiple properties at once.

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, resident satisfaction, occupancy, team performance, and financial results across an assigned portfolio of properties. The Senior Property Manager provides oversight and direction to multiple property teams, establishes priorities across communities, and ensures consistent execution of company standards, policies, and operational goals throughout the portfolio.

Working closely with property teams, maintenance, accounting, sales and marketing, and executive leadership, the Senior Property Manager monitors property performance, identifies areas requiring attention, and ensures each community is operating efficiently and delivering a high-quality resident experience.
