Why we're hiring:

The customer success team includes support, customer operations and solutions engineering. Responsible for generating value for our customers by ensuring clients are using InfoSum to its full potential, have the necessary support and regularly feedback client use cases internally. The Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that address our customers' needs and drive business growth.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and software development, the Solutions Engineer will leverage their technical expertise to understand customer requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Design customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities and product off erings.
• Develop solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to communicate design specifi cations and requirements eff ectively.
• Configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions, leveraging company products, APIs, and third-party integrations as needed.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to showcase functionality and validate solution feasibility.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancements.
• Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customers to maximize the value of their solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement eff ective solutions to resolve customer challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution off erings and capabilities.
• Understand the market in terms of data collaboration and ad tech/mar tech
• Provide feedback to product management and development teams to inform roadmap prioritization and feature enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline solution delivery and support.

What are the key indicators of success in this role?

• ● Establish critical leadership team with proper delegation of tasks, and determine optimal ways of working consistent with InfoSum values, strategic priorities
• ● Production of regular reporting on health of customer success (and plan to course-correct)
• ● Introduce and refi ne team processes on a regular basis based on team and cross-functional feedback and client success

● Resolve internal issues with colleagues and stakeholders in a friendly and timely manner.

● Making sure that all team documentation (onboarding, tracking, client coverage) are up to date and relevant based on company knowledge

● Accurate estimation, communication, and delivery of project deadlines
