Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all clients have a wonderful experience and feel cared for Patient Management including checking in/out patients, taking blood pressure and temperature and entering details into management software
• Convert calls/texts/emails into bookings
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating visits by email, phone and online booking
• Taking payments and providing receipts
• Assisting with creating marketing videos
• Responding to Social Media comments
• Additional front office duties as needed including keeping the office organized and welcoming
• The right candidate must: Have a passion for helping others
• Enjoy working with others but confident to handle the front office alone
• Comfortable selling the chiropractic services
• Have a positive attitude
• Be an excellent communicator
• Be detail oriented
• Be comfortable multi-tasking
• Remain composed when handling busy times in the office
• Experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in a medical practice or similar setting
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft office, Gmail, EMR and office management software)
