The Marketing Specialist is a proactive and highly organized marketer who helps execute our product, content, and growth team initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Scientific Growth (Marketing), you will learn all aspects of the marketing program. You will be a key resource for the team and will develop hands-on experience across a broad range of modern B2B marketing activities. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across the marketing function within a fast-moving life sciences SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Content & Social
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of marketing and social media content, coordinating with Marketing Directors, the Art Manager, and Science team.
• Manage the social media calendar and support the execution and deployment of content across LinkedIn and other priority channels.
• Coordinate creative assets, content reviews, approvals, and campaign deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Growth Marketing
• Support growth and demand-generation initiatives across email, newsletters, digital, social, and other marketing channels, ensuring HubSpot tracking and monitoring is established.
• Assist with campaign targeting, audience segmentation, lead management, and conversion programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and engagement.
• Project Execution & Documentation
• Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate larger initiatives, such as product launches, across teams.
• Maintain campaign organization, marketing systems, and documentation processes.
• Support Sales with marketing initiatives, enablement assets, and related commercial activities.
• Other duties to support the business as required

Requirements

Qualifications

• B.S. degree and 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required. Experience with PowerPoint, Monday, Notion, and Canva highly desirable.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to execute independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, or content programs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, scientific, sales, and marketing teams.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or another technical B2B environment is strongly preferred.
