The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Corporate IT & Applications Engineer for the Betsson Georgia brand. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, combining technical expertise with a service-oriented approach to solve issues, improve processes, and support our employees. If you are a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, working across different systems, and making technology work better for people, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer internal and vendor applications, including user accounts, roles, permissions, configurations, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Manage user access requests, periodic access reviews, RBAC, and related documentation.
- Administer Jira and Confluence, including projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation, spaces, and templates.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID, including users, groups, mailboxes, licenses, MFA, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
