Position Summary
We are seeking a Producer & Director’s Assistant to join our team in creating animated content using experimental GenAI-native production pipelines. This role is a strategic partner to creative leadership, focused on driving the creative momentum of feature-quality content within Inkubator. The Assistant serves as a production-focused bridge and creative partner, helping manage workflows, artist communications, and production tracking in an artist-led environment.
The ideal candidate is a tech-forward collaborator who can balance production logistics with an understanding of storytelling and the Producer/Director’s vision, maintaining agility as our experimental production pipelines evolve.
