The Team:
The Growth Marketing team drives sustainable business growth through data-led experimentation, measurement, and technology across the digital marketing funnel. Growth Marketing connects Netflix’s strong cultural impact to tangible business outcomes through a mixture of marketing tactics (paid media, SEO, off-service messaging) and automation (ML, GenAI).
The Role:
We are seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to help architect the future of growth marketing and test into new areas and hypotheses to drive incremental business impact. This Manager will be responsible for delivering needle-moving campaign insights, connecting the dots across business, content, audience, and marketing data to uncover campaign opportunities and influence creative direction. This role will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Consumer Insights, and Finance.
