Within the broader UCAN regional organization, we’re building out a new team, Market Planning & Operations (MP&O)
, which will help steward and support our Ads go-to-market strategy. Y ou will support the commercial business in the UCAN region, inclusive of Sales & Account Management, with a specialization in Media Solutions & Planning.
In this role, you will build a robust programmatic-first media packaging strategy for the UCAN Ad Sales team that combines the power of Netflix’s IP with technical capabilities and audience data into scalable, high-impact solutions for advertisers and agencies.
You will leverage product, marketing, pricing, and inventory expertise to deliver opportunities to sales, ensuring our regional GTM motion scales in a data-driven, repeatable, and designed manner that maximizes both client outcomes and Netflix's commercial growth.
