The Opportunity
Netflix is seeking a Coordinator to be part of the US and Canada (UCAN) Minors, Immigration & Diligence (MInD) team within the Studio Affairs legal team. MInD supports aspects of both self-managed and partner-managed productions, along with associated marketing/publicity/social/awards needs for Netflix branded projects.
The Coordinator is an hourly position reporting into the UCAN MInD legal team. The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to Directors/Counsels across the MInD team related to legal documents, guidance, and filings (including, but not limited to, child labor permit applications for productions; preparing supporting documentation for visas and work permits globally, with a particular focus on US, Canada, and Australia; preparing expedite requests; drafting business travel letters; coordinating notary/apostille support; etc.).
