The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Tax Provision Manager to join our global tax team. This key role will be responsible for managing the preparation and review of the global provision. The ideal candidate has deep technical ASC 740 tax accounting expertise, experience in managing complex global income tax end-to-end processes, strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams.

This is a people manager position, and will manage a team of two to start.

This position can be based in one of two offices: Los Gatos, CA (preferred) or Los Angeles, CA. The in-office expectation is 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs).
