The Role

The Netflix Advertising XD team is seeking a Senior Ad Creative Designer to be a critical strategic partner to our Ads Commercialization and Market Activation teams. This role sits where business strategy meets go-to-market: you’ll create the canonical product and narrative artifacts that enable our sales, marketing, and external advertiser engagement, alongside the internal storytelling that aligns leadership behind it. This is visual problem-solving at a business level, not execution for its own sake.

You’ll operate autonomously across markets and regions, owning complex Ads use cases end-to-end and shaping the narrative from the ground up. The ideal candidate has strong executive presence, is fluent in advertising nomenclature, energized by translating complex systems into clear and persuasive visual narratives, and motivated to build for scale, not just one-off deliverables.
