Planned Parenthood of Maryland (PPM) is hiring for the Health Center Manager position at our largest and busiest Health Center. This role is ideal for an experienced nursing leader seeking advancement towards a Clinical Director or executive healthcare leadership role, with a strong focus on women’s health, health equity, and community health. We need a strategic leader to guide our Baltimore Health Center and empower staff to deliver affordable, top-tier care.
Inside the Role: Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, you will serve as the senior operational and clinical leader at our Baltimore Health Center. You will go beyond day-to-day management to drive quality metrics, ensure strict regulatory compliance, optimize financial performance, and champion strategic growth.
