Corporate and Transactions Team - Legal Analyst
Protective Life Corporation has an opening in its Birmingham, Alabama corporate office for a legal analyst to join the Legal Department and work with the Corporate and Transactions Team in connection with regulatory and corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Research requirements and prepare legal and regulatory filings
- Communicate with state insurance regulators and internal stakeholders
- Support corporate governance activities for Boards of Directors and committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating with presenters, preparing meeting materials, drafting resolutions, and drafting meeting minutes
