Taekus is a premium financial services company built for the affluent traveler. We offer core banking products (checking accounts, debit and credit cards) alongside a proprietary award travel booking engine that automates the search and booking of award flights with partner airlines using Taekus points.

We've been operating for 6 years as a lean, profitable team of 25. We process $4B+ in yearly transactions, generate $120M+ in annual revenue, and growing 2-3x yearly. We're ready to scale, and community is at the center of that.

The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Community Manager to build and lead an engaged community of creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors around Taekus.

This isn't a content-calendar or social-scheduling role. It's about people. You'll recruit the right voices, cultivate real relationships, and turn an audience into a community that shows up, participates, and advocates. You know how modern communities actually grow, and you understand how creators and affiliate partnerships create value on both sides.

What You'll Own

Recruit and grow the community.

Bring in creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors across travel, premium lifestyle, and rewards.

Cultivate and manage relationships over time.

Keep members engaged, valued, and active.

Build and run the ambassador and affiliate program.

Structure partnerships that create value for both the creator and Taekus.

Create programming and experiences.

From dinners and meetups to AMAs, member spotlights, and Taekus-branded events, online and offline.

Stay close to the ecosystem.

Track trends, creators, and conversations across travel and rewards, and bring insights back to Marketing, Product, and Leadership.

Help shape our voice in the community.

Keep it authentic, credible, and true to an understated, access-first brand.

What We're Looking For

• Required: 3 to 5 years building and managing engaged online communities.
• A social and digital background, with real instinct for how communities grow and stay active. This is cultivation, not content calendars.
• Understanding of social affiliate and creator marketing: how partnerships get structured, tracked, and turned into growth.
• Fluent in all things social and travel with deep understanding of points bookings.
• Entrepreneurial, and comfortable building something from the ground up.
• Valuable: An existing network of creators, influencers, or community leaders across travel, lifestyle, finance, or rewards.
• Experience creating content for social media, podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, or other community-driven channels.
• Experience organizing meetups, dinners, events, or conferences.
• A personal following or reputation in the travel, points, or creator space.
• Experience with financial services, fintech, travel, loyalty, or hospitality brands.
