Brand Designer

This is a fully remote role within the United States.

We're looking for a Brand Designer who operates at the edge of creativity and speed. Someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, moves fast, and wants to help change how healthcare gets paid. You'll work inside an established brand system alongside designers you can learn from, on work that goes out the door every week and gets seen by customers, partners, and the market.

As a Brand Designer, you'll:

Design compelling and clear presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, social and display assets, email, web pages, and event materials.

Work fluently inside our brand guidelines and component libraries, and make them better as you go. We're not looking for someone to rewrite the brand. We're looking for someone who can stretch it, push it, and grow it into new formats without breaking what makes it ours.

Take the brief, ask the right questions upfront, and move quickly from idea to final design. Own the details that make design feel unmistakably human, not AI: type, spacing, color, hierarchy, and the last 10% most people skip.

Start with defined requests and take on more scope as your judgment sharpens. Campaign concepts, web design, and brand extensions are all on the table for someone who earns them.

Work directly with marketing, product, design, and sales partners. Ask questions early, share work in progress, take feedback without getting precious, and make the people around you glad they brought you in.

Sit close to lead designers and contribute to larger brand projects, not as a spectator but as a real pair of hands. Bring what you learn back into everyday work.

What you bring to the role:

• 3+ years as a brand, visual, or marketing designer or equivalent internship and freelance experience. What you've designed matters more than how long you've been doing it.
• A portfolio that shows craft and range. We'd rather see a few pieces you can talk through in depth than a long reel of everything you've touched.
• Fluency and speed in Figma, plus working command of Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and other design tooling.
• Real grit. This is the single most important thing we're looking for. The tenth version of a deck gets the same care as the first, deadlines get hit, and hard feedback makes the work better instead of stalling it.
• Genuine collaboration instincts. High EQ, high patience, no ego. You're easy to work with when things are calm and easier to work with when they aren't.
• Comfort using AI tools as a normal part of your workflow, and the judgment to know when the output is good enough to ship. Specific tools matter less than how fast you pick up new ones.
• Ability to interpret high-level direction and apply it to the task at hand, and to flag when a brief doesn't make sense
• A real passion for good design. You’re as excited about fine-tuning ad typography as you are about branding an event.
• Ability to juggle a couple requests at once in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Self-motivated and accountable. You close the loop without being chased.
• Bonus points: Motion or animation, even at a basic level
• Experience working with Webflow and Canva
• Understanding how to make something complex simple
