Amazon Experiences & Upskilling (AXU) is looking for a Business Operations Lead who can sit in the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. This role requires someone who has built operating rhythms before, knows what works, and looks for opportunities to leverage technology to continuously improve, including use of AI. Reporting directly to the AXU Engagement leader, you will work with a high degree of independence, owning the full operating rhythm, planning cycles, and leadership reporting that keep the team on track.
You will ensure the team is focused on delivering — tracking with discipline and working across AXU and business operations teams — spanning everything from weekly team meetings through to annual and long-range planning. You will prepare leadership for their most important reviews, surface the signals that matter, and build repeatable processes that help the team get smarter over time. We seek someone who drives results without waiting for direction.
