Employment Attorney

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join an expanding legal practice focused on representing employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Support case evaluations, legal strategy development, and legal research.
• Draft and manage complaints, discovery requests, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences, objectives, and legal concerns.
• Assist in preparing cases for hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and intake professionals.
• Develop legal strategies aimed at achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Perform additional duties that contribute to successful case management and client representation.

Qualifications

• Required
• 1. Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or employment law.
• 3. Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• 4. Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities.
• 5. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• 6. Organized, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.
• Preferred
• Prior experience in employment law.
• Experience representing employees in workplace-related disputes.
