NetSuite Systems Administrator

Role Overview

The NetSuite Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, documentation, and continuous improvement of Ashoka’s global NetSuite OneWorld environment, with administrative support for NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB). Operating across approximately 30 countries, the organization is at varying stages of NetSuite adoption and implementation.

This role will help strengthen the existing environment while supporting continued rollout, remediation, and standardization of financial systems and processes across the global organization.

The Systems Administrator will serve as a key bridge between Finance, Accounting, country offices, and internal and external technology resources. The successful candidate will combine strong NetSuite technical skills with an understanding of accounting and financial processes and the ability to work effectively with users across multiple countries, cultures, and levels of technical sophistication.

This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping users get more value from NetSuite.

Profile of the Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be a practical systems problem-solver who understands that a global ERP implementation is as much about people, processes, and data discipline as technology. They will be comfortable moving between troubleshooting user issues, configuring NetSuite, working through accounting-process questions, and helping country teams adopt new ways of working.

They will have enough NetSuite expertise to operate independently while recognizing when specialist support is required, and will be motivated by building a more consistent, transparent, and effective global financial infrastructure that supports the organization's mission.
