Responsibilities:: • Manage localization and development of the Japan-facing trading platform, website, mobile applications, and related operational systems.
- Lead project management and vendor control for quick deposit and bank API integrations, as well as eKYC/JPKI SDK implementation.
- Define business requirements, coordinate specifications, track delivery, run UAT and production-readiness checks, and manage issue resolution.
- Establish and maintain the system risk management framework based on Financial Services Agency expectations, including IT governance, change management, access controls, incident management, and evidence management.
- Develop, maintain, and test BCP/DR procedures with local management, operations, compliance, vendors, and global technology teams
- Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including networks, security tools, endpoint and PC management, account administration, and support escalation processes.
