🎒 What You'll Do

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change.

You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week

, with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time.

Your day-to-day will include:

• 🧠 Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
• 📝 Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• 💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
• 📋 Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination
• 🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences
• Scheduling: Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically
• 2:00–9:00 PM EST

Required:

Active Illinois license:

• LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed care
