Position Summary...
The Principal, Software Engineer leads the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, driving technical execution across multiple teams. This role applies cloud-native architecture principles to develop resilient distributed systems and integrates AI/ML solutions to enhance customer experiences. The position requires strategic technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to align engineering efforts with business goals.

What you'll do...
Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and reusable tooling supporting AI/ML frameworks.
Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.
Architect intelligent software systems integrating AI agents and advanced model-driven design techniques.
Provide strategic technical leadership, mentorship, and promote engineering best practices across teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
Maintain architectural documentation and ensure alignment with long-term platform strategies.
Foster continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge sharing, and adoption of emerging technologies.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Expertise in designing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
Strong technical judgment with a focus on long-term architectural decisions and system reliability.
Demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural standards.
Proficiency in applying model-driven design and leveraging AI agents to enhance development velocity.
Effective collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
