Manager, Learning And Development - Low Voltage at Walmart | LAYIQ

Experience working with low voltage and life safety/security systems including CCTV, fire alarms, P.A. systems, and intrusion alarms.
NICET certification or equivalent industry-recognized credential in fire/life safety systems.
Strong knowledge of safe work practices for field service and installation environments.
Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading technicians in formal or informal settings.
Ability to deliver hands-on instruction and adapt to different learning styles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
Must reside in the California, Navada, Utah, or Colorado or reside near major airport.
Must be willing to travel up to 85% of the year.
