What you'll do:
Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.
Architect and implement cloud-native distributed systems integrating AI agents and model-driven design to enhance product capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural standards and promoting engineering excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
Champion continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and optimizing processes for quality and efficiency.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling aligned with strategic roadmaps.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
Strong technical execution skills across software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Proficiency in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Ability to provide technical mentorship, influence architectural decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
Skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
