Manager, Operations — Cross-Marketplace Programs at Walmart | LAYIQ

Experience in Marketplace, eCommerce, Seller Support, Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, Service Recovery, Product Operations, or global operations.
Experience working with BPO partners, CRM or case-management tooling, operational reporting, or support readiness.
Experience supporting marketplace expansion, support centralization, operating-model transitions, or cross-functional business launches.
Familiarity with marketplace seller experience, global operations, in-market teams, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Bilingual preferred: English plus Spanish, Mandarin, and/or French.
