Role summary:
The Manager, Business Analysis & Insights is responsible for transforming complex business problems into actionable insights through analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and stakeholder collaboration. This role partners closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Data Science, and business leaders to identify opportunities, reduce fraud and abuse, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will leverage data, SQL, business analysis techniques, and modern analytical tools to influence decisions, accelerate operational improvements, and support strategic initiatives across Walmart.

We focus on fraud reduction, enhancing customer experiences, operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value across customer contact and risk management. Collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, Data Science, and business leadership, we identify opportunities and implement solutions that protect Walmart, its associates, and its customers. Team members analyze fraud, abuse, customer contact, and operational risk patterns, develop automation, and apply AI to accelerate outcomes while influencing stakeholders and transforming insights into actionable recommendations that support continuous improvement and business success.
