As the Group Director, Fashion
, you will own the strategy, growth, and performance of one of Walmart Marketplace's largest and most visible categories. This leader will define the long-term vision for Marketplace Fashion, drive category expansion, and build strategic partnerships with leading brands and sellers to deliver compelling assortment, value, and customer experiences.
Reporting into the Marketplace Category leadership team, you will lead a team of category and account management leaders responsible for accelerating GMV growth, improving customer adoption, optimizing assortment, and delivering strong financial performance across the Fashion portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Seller Acquisition, and Walmart Merchants to position Walmart Marketplace as a destination for fashion customers and sellers.
