An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS – Computer Science preferred.
Full stack experience with Java, Microservices. SpringBoot, Cloud, Kafka (or other messaging service), Redis or any caching technologies, RDBMS, Bigdata systems, Javascript, React
CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins.
Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and emerging technologies.
Mentoring/coaching Senior staff engineers and other Engineers.
Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology
Demonstrated skills in AI/ML integration and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
