Extensive experience in payroll administration, including oversight of complex payroll systems and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax processes, wage calculations, and tax reporting requirements.
Proven expertise in data management, including data integration, architecture, and adherence to privacy and security standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead operational excellence initiatives, ensuring adherence to service standards and resolving escalated issues.
Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen to optimize payroll and operational processes.
Effective leadership and coaching capabilities to develop team performance and promote accountability.
