Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
Experience in packaging engineering within procurement, sourcing, commercialization, manufacturing, or supplier-facing environments.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, testing, structural design, and performance requirements.
Experience supporting supplier evaluations, sourcing events, packaging changes, or cost optimization initiatives.
Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
