The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. What you'll do:
Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python, driving full SDLC including CI/CD and automated testing.
Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage GenAI tools to improve development efficiency.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain high-quality software.
Participate in solution design, evaluating trade-offs and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement through proactive testing and observability.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
Strong technical acumen in platform design, component services, and iterative development methodologies.
Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams.
Expertise in code review, debugging, and continuous integration and deployment practices.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration and generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance software solutions.
Demonstrated skills in technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring peers.
