The coordinator collaborates with multiple stakeholders to develop scopes of work, monitor service quality, and implement process improvements.
A strong focus on compliance, integrity, and effective communication supports operational excellence and contributes to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities across stores and clubs.
About the team:
The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They oversee supplier relationships, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and collaboration with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams. Utilizing advanced analytics and AI, the team supports proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization.
