What you'll do...
Role summary:
In this role you will help shape and execute Walmart Marketplace's fees and incentives strategy across international markets. This role combines strategy, market intelligence, cross-functional leadership, and analytics functions. You will develop a deep understanding of competitive fee structures, seller needs, and local market dynamics, translating those insights into actionable strategies and roadmap priorities. Working across US and international Marketplace teams, Product, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, and seller-facing organizations, you will help scale high-ROI incentive programs, drive implementation of global fee strategies, and ensure our technology roadmap supports the evolving needs of international markets.
