What you'll do...
Join Walmart as a Senior UX Designer to lead the development and enhancement of user experience strategies through comprehensive research, interaction design, and prototyping. About the team:
The Omni Services Design team enhances customer and associate interactions with Walmart’s services by applying service design principles. They create seamless experiences across physical and digital channels, covering discovery, scheduling, check-in, service delivery, payment, and follow-up. Focus areas include pharmacy, optical, auto care, and home services. Their work spans Walmart.com, the Walmart app, in-store touchpoints, operational processes, and associate tools.
