Position summary
The Senior Manager II, Site Engineer – Supply Chain leads site-level operational excellence by partnering with Distribution Center leadership to drive end-to-end improvements. This role manages the workload and development of Process Quality Engineers, applies advanced continuous improvement methods to eliminate losses, and strengthens adoption of the Walmart Performance System (WPS) and Daily Management System (DMS).
You’ll deliver sustained performance gains through disciplined problem solving, standardization, and strong cross-functional leadership.
About the team
This team supports automated grocery building control centers and serves as subject matter experts in network grocery automation. The group leads project implementation and sustainment by partnering with stakeholders to define objectives, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement. The team also develops tools and analytics to improve operational efficiency, supports training, and helps manage organizational change to keep work aligned to business goals.
