Senior Manager, Automation Engineering at Walmart | LAYIQ

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation, controls systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting; Beckhoff/EtherCAT experience preferred, with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, or similar platforms also valued.
Experience integrating industrial sensors, machine vision, encoders, servo systems, pneumatic actuators, and related technologies in automated manufacturing or material handling environments.
Knowledge of electrical schematics, industrial wiring practices, NEC, NFPA 79, and CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
Experience supporting automated material handling, warehouse automation, robotics, or manufacturing systems; familiarity with WITRON, Dematic, Swisslog, Honeywell Intelligrated, Vanderlande, KNAPP, TGW, or similar platforms strongly preferred.
