Role summary:
We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Vision Engineer (Individual Contributor) to develop and deploy advanced robotics systems across Walmart’s supply chain network. This role operates across the full robotics stack—from perception and modeling to system integration and field deployment. You will play a critical role in translating innovation into production-ready solutions, working at the intersection of robotics, AI, and large-scale operations.

Walmart’s Advanced Engineering & Robotics team at Bentonville’s Innovation Lab pioneers next-generation automation solutions for supply chain operations. This team designs, develops, and deploys proprietary robotics systems in collaboration with leading solution providers, creating custom technologies. Focused on transforming concepts into scalable applications, the team drives continuous improvement through advanced analytics, systems design, and project management.
