Position Summary...
The Senior Counsel, IP provides strategic legal guidance by analyzing business objectives and regulatory requirements to support informed decision-making. This role supports intellectual property risk mitigation efforts, oversees open source compliance, and manages complex legal matters including contract review and intellectual property including patents. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the Senior Counsel develops and implements legal strategies that align with corporate goals.
