As a Senior Manager, Real Estate - Capital Management, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing capital investments across a segment of Walmart U.S. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure capital is deployed strategically, efficiently, and in alignment with long-term business goals. This role is also at the forefront of integrating AI and advanced analytics into capital planning processes to drive smarter, faster decision-making.
About the team:
The Capital Stewardship team within Walmart Realty manages approved capital investments by overseeing budgets, forecasts, and governance across programs. Operating at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Construction, and Realty Operations, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights. Focused on scope control, forecast accuracy, and compliance, it advances automation to enhance efficiency and precision.
